Congratulations on passing your tryout and making it to the Wild Side. We are all very excited to have you in the team. 

Bryan had only been cheering for one year, but his strong passion for cheer has brought him far. Continue to let the passion burn and grow stronger Bryan, We believe in you and we look forward to you doing greater things. But go cut your horrible hair PLEASE!!!!

Last Saturday, on the 17th of October 2015, Wildcards went down to Singapore poly for exchange with SP Gusto! It was exciting meeting new friends and also catching up with our old friends from Gusto! Also, it was very heartening to see many of our alumnus come down for the exchange! :D

We started off doing basics like toss hands to very advanced stunts like front hand spring ups, rewinds, etc. It was enriching stunting with so many different bases and flyers, the number of cheerleaders they have is so amazing.

We gained many valuable tips from pangpang (Gusto’s Coach) and are  all thankful that we have this opportunity to learn such an advance stunt and pointers that were given to execute those advanced stunts properly! Here’s a pic of our coach exchanging shirts with Pangpang!

We proceeded on to do pyramids after partner stunts! Although Gusto’s flyers are so young compared to Wildcards’ flyers, they have shown great technique and skills and was able to catch and do elite mounts very well! It was very impressive!

At the end of the exchange, we gathered to take picture together! Look how happy everyone is! Let’s hope the friendships we made today will last a lifetime~

On Sunday, 27^th September 2015, we held Asia Cheerleading Stuntfest 2015. It was Wildcards’ biggest ever stuntfest with around 250 cheerleaders from the region, including Monster from Taiwan, Cheer Aces All Stars and Hero All Stars from Malaysia. This year we were honored to have special guest Constantin Stalzer from Germany grace our event.

Participants started streaming in from as early as noon, everybody is so excited for the Stuntfest!

This year we really packed the UPCC Function Hall, thanks to SP Gusto we were able to lay 13 roll mats. Safe stunting for all 250 participants!

 The stuntfest was a good social experience for all cheerleaders, its not often that we get to stunt with players from other teams. It was also a learning experience for everybody with many different stunts of varying difficulties being thrown, no stunt was too simple or too difficult for us!

To sum a day of awesome stunting, we held a small competition at the closing of the stuntfest with some cheer challenges. There was a challenge for the “Longest Cupie”, “Most Low-high Tic-tocs”, “Most Cupie Pop-overs”, “Most Backtucks” and “Most Beautiful Tumbling Pass”.

Cool prizes for the winners of the challenges including goodie bags from sponsors Katapult!

The top 3 winners of the Most Backtucks, with our very own ninja Taufiq coming out tops!

 As voted by the applause of all the participants, the winner of the Most Beautiful Tumbling Pass goes to our friend Evy from Malaysia!

Honoured to be able to fly on these two lovely ladies @angellee29 @iynisheng from Msia ytd! Only 15 years old but stronger than any man of their age. Flying on them was super stable (more stable than some of the males bases I flew on 🙊) and I even did low high on them but it wasn't caught on film. An inspiration to all bases out there.
