Wildcards Standing Orders
16042009
16042009
I have always encouraged interaction between teams and have never restricted any external team visits to date. However, there are important things you need to be aware of. Take note of the following when you are visiting other cheerleading teams:
1) The rule of contact:
Regardless of where you intend to go, you need to give a notice of no less than 24 hours prior to your visit to either Zhiliang, Vincent or myself.
2) Following the proper chain of command
If you have been invited by another team, make sure you have obtained permission from (1) AND that the coach/captain of the other team is aware that you are going and have given you permission to do so. Documentation of correspondance is preferred.
If you are going on your own accord, make sure that you have obtain clearance from (1) AND the other team's coach/captain. As much as we don't like the idea of people inviting themselves to our training ground, we should show the same respect for others as well.
3) Conflict of interest(s)
You are not allowed to perform for another team unless prior permission has been given by (1).
a) Injuring youself: When you train outside your own Coaches' supervision and get injured, you will be unable to continue your scheduled training in Wildcards. You will not be able to catch up.
b) Injuring others: Likewise, when you stunt and injure another team's cheerleader, you are not just answerable to that team, but to his/her parents as well. You are not being responsible.
c) Conflict of interest(s): Ulu Pandan CC has a very strict view of declaring all external performances to our management. You may be helping your friend with his/her performance, but people who are not aware might mistaken the team whom you are helping, as Wildcards. Boss has stressed that failure to declare ANY external performances will render the entire team suspended. The entire team will end up paying for your mistake.
Failure to comply with the above Standing Order 16042009 WILL RESULT IN THE FOLLOWING:
1st Offence: 1 week suspension from training AND 1 week suspension to any Wildcard who stunts with you.
2nd Offence: 2 weeks suspension from training AND 1 week suspension to any Wildcard who stunts with you. You will also be issued an official letter of warning from Ulu Pandan CC.
3rd Offence: You will be terminated as a Wildcard. You will henceforth be required to pay back all insurance fees paid for you by Ulu Pandan CC in lieu of your service, and return all inventories issued to you during your stay.
The above is applicable with immediate effect.
