In short, Wildcards would not have existed without Dominic's help. That's how important he is to us, and the amount of marvels he has done. Whatever challenge that the team faced (logistics, financial, email-wars), Dominic was there to iron-out all the problems so that the team can train to who we are now.
More importantly, the Kentucky workshop was an almost impossible event. The management in UPCC and the YEC committee were skeptical that we could pull off with such an expensive event, but Dominic was ever-persistent in proposing and pushing the idea. The amount of meetings we had to go through, how much Dominic had to hardsell to his superiors to jostle for more funds (it's an art!), and convincing sponsors and partners for this event, Dominic made it happen!
While others do not know, the Wildcards committee is impressed by Dominic's efficiency in meeting our welfare. When we needed transport to go for performances, they were all well taken care of. That includes the drinks and meals.. very often, these expenses came out of his own pocket as funds tend to take a long time to process (yea, we know..:X )
