Following up on winning the SPH Seventeen Summer Challenge 2009 Cheerleading Competition, Her World and Seventeen had generously sponsored magazines for our cheerleading workshop! Their kind sponsorship has definitely contributed to the roaring success of our Kentucky-Wildcards Exchange & Cheerleading Workshop / Competition!

 

Her World Magazine is Singapore’s number 1 women’s magazine which brings you the latest beauty and fashion trend reports, plus the latest must-buys and expert tips. It also provides riveting reads on social issues, relationships, career and health, plus insightful columns on love, sex, money, entertaining and food and caters more to women above 20!

Seventeen Singapore Magazine is an accessible fashion, beauty and life skills magazine that reaches out to young women aged 15-22. Since our workshop participants consisted of that age group, Seventeen magazines were perfect for our younger female workshop participants as it celebrates real beauty for the real girl, and inspires diversity and creativity by providing useful fashion, beauty and life tips for every body type and skin tone! Seventeen is available in 16 editions worldwide, which means our American guests were also familiar with Seventeen Magazine!

 

 

We were excited to be at the registration booth since Seventeen & HerWorld Magazines were given out as part of our GOODIE BAG for all workshop participants!

 

   In the mad rush to register all the participants, we only managed to capture a shot of Melvin (Denvers Cheerleading Team) receiving a FREE copy of Seventeen Magazine!

Even guys are interested to read the contents of a Seventeen Magazine!
