Anthony Robbins - Inner Strength

To all readers, this is one video that i strongly recommend you finish watching in one sitting. (especially to members of the sad story corner). Enjoy!

Who is Anthony Robbins? ---> here

Please view the video ---> here

Notes I took from the video:

1) People learn best when they don't know that they are learning. (you are learning subconsciously when you are teaching a junior how to do a proper elevator pop, basket toss.. etc)

2) Language is a defence mechanism that makes us stay in our box. humans are very audio creatures. the language used will make you react differently. (Anthony swears as much as I do!)

3) The strongest force in the human personality is the need to remain consistant on how we define ourselves. Identity is the key. Everyone has their point that will push them over the edge.

4) Destroy your comfort zone to force yourself to find another route. Create a compelling future.

5) Instant gratification (seeking side benefits) might come with side effects, and is not a long term solution to an immediate problem.

6) Video discussed dispair (chaang's definition of ''sad story'')

7) You don't need to show yourself how significant the problem is to beat yourself up. You need to learn to take care of yourself so that the resource of you can serve all the people you love. Then you'll start loving yourself again.

8) A crisis is always a sign that there is potential for growth. The life solutions that might have served you in the past might now work for you now. living in the past = no future. If there is no future, everyone that's in your present is going to be punished.

You can apply these values to cheerleading/work/personal life as well. Remember, if you are to master anything, you must first master your own emotions first.
