taiwan's mrt! the seats are quite special. not the normal at both sides type but they have seats facing each other on one side also! damn cool and and instead of using ezlink cards, they give arcade coins for you to tab and when you reach your destination you just drop the coins in some hole. \par










and this is the backpackers hostel room. cheap and nice and clean! joline and isaac can stay here in sept!

Who: Compulsory for all existing Wildcards. Guests to be adviced.

What: Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Where: Ulu Pandan CC

When: 29 Aug 2009 , Sat, 5pm-6pm (held after training)

Note: This AGM is organised in such a way that it is held immediately after training, so that you peeps don't have to make a seperate trip specially for the AGM.

In line with the fact that Wildcards turns one on 26 Aug, we have a lot of things to review after having a fantastic and hectic year. There will be more sponsorships and colleborations to come so it is important for you to know what to expect.

We are expected to have nothing less than a top 3 finishing for next year's Nationals. Give suggestions on how to make this happen.

You will also have the opportunity to voice out any suggestions you may have. Give constructive solutions along with your feedback.

Wildcards @ Taiwan Cheerleading Summer Camp 2009

Part one.

After the Kentucky Workshop came the Taiwan Cheerleading Summer Camp! This once a year workshop is organised by the Taiwanese Cheerleading Association (TCA) and is a yearly event. TCA achieved a record of having more than 400 cheerleaders participanting in this camp this year.

A Note from Boss:

Pls note that wildcards will be required to do a short performance before the start of the Ulu Pandan national day dinner on 1st Aug 2009 at 730pm (Sat) The stage is the same as the one you performed on 12 July.

The audience wil be made up of over 2000 residents attending the dinner and with this dinner event, we will have finally coveered all the key players in the cc whom need to see wildcards in action. Some big shots who attended on 12 july were seeing for first time and the rest will be at this dinner.

Side note: Updates of Taiwan Cheer Camp 2009 will be up once we get the pics from Jaslyn!

We were excited to be at the registration booth since Seventeen & HerWorld Magazines were given out as part of our GOODIE BAG for all workshop participants!

 

   In the mad rush to register all the participants, we only managed to capture a shot of Melvin (Denvers Cheerleading Team) receiving a FREE copy of Seventeen Magazine!

Even guys are interested to read the contents of a Seventeen Magazine!

Thank you Melvin for offering to pose with a Seventeen Magazine! (despite it being a female magazine, oops!)
