Hi guys,

Please do take some time to read the IFC rules and regulations for the coming nationals. It is important for each and every one of us to understand not just the scoring system but how we should conduct ourselves prior, during and after competition performances.

Please take 5 mins to read on how we should conduct ourselves, i think its highly important that we dont do stupid things prior, during and after competition performances such that we get unneccesary deductions.
