WILDCARDS & SPECTRUM EXCHANGE PROGRAM 2010

Wildcards had an official exchange program with Team Spectrum on 20th November 2010.

to kick start, we did some warmup

followed by stretching

stretching does wonders

it not only makes u flexi and hit ur bow & arrow

but also makes u the Stretching IC

On behalf of Team Spectrum, I would like to thank Wildcards for inviting us over for this exchange. It was a great learning experience and all of us learnt something new. Hopefully, we will have another exchange again next year!
