Q: What is the minimum age to be considered as a Wildcard?
ANS: You need to be 16 years and above.

Q: I am new to cheerleading. Do Wildcards accept newbies like me?

ANS: Yes, we have existing Wildcards who have qualified and competed with us at National level despite being completely new to the Sport.

Q: How many times do Wildcards train a week?

ANS: We train twice a week. We currently train every Tuesday (6pm - 10pm) and Saturday (1pm - 5pm) at Ulu Pandan Community Centre.

Q: Do you use the same set of criteria for newbies vs. experienced cheerleaders?

ANS: No, the criteria is different.

Q: How do you define 'experienced cheerleaders'?

ANS: Wildcards define experienced cheerleaders as individuals who have competed in at least one (1) National Level competition.

Q: What is the passing criteria for experienced cheerleaders?

ANS: Being an experienced cheerleader means you are expected to execute your basic partner stunt libs, jumps, arm motions, baskets, group stunts, dance and gymnastics. Q: What is the passing criteria for new cheerleaders?

ANS: All new-to-cheer individuals will be given exactly 1mth to master a certain set of required skills. Wildcards has a very unique program whereby we tailor your cheer program specifically to your existing ability. You will be required to pass a phone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview with our panel of coaches. From our experience, individuals who manage to stay with the squad for the entire 1mth have a very good chance of qualifying as a Wildcard.
