Why are the prices of ktapes so different? Should I go for those ktapes sold online for $5?
I did a simple experiment today (26th Jan 2013), with Val.Tapes ktapes (black) and one of the many ktapes that can be bought online cheaply (pink). The same length of ktape was applied on both my elbows for golfer's elbow and I ensured all conditions for the best adhesion. Both tapes were affixed securely prior to training.
After 7 hours of cheer training, the difference is stark. Most of the pink tape has rolled off already while the black tape is pretty much affixed. Some of the edges of the black tape has been rubbed off slightly during training though.
Compared to the highest end products in the market retailing for upwards of $30 a roll, our tape is definitely value for money for most athletes out there. Why not get a roll today to try it out?
