Yesterday, Wildcards attended a 3-hour long partner stunts workshop that was organised by the CAS. The workshop was held at Singapore Polytechnic from 2pm till 5pm. We started off with the introduction of Monster Cheerleading Team's member, Ba Gua, who is a well-recognised partner stunter in Taiwan, together with his team's senior flyer and SP GUSTO's current coach, Pang Pang. We proceeded with warm-ups after the introductions before trying on partner stunts. We started off with our basic toss extensions and toss blocks before Ba Gua proceeded in teaching the techniques for more advanced stunts such as full-arounds and single man rewinds. Using the techniques that were taught by Ba Gua, some of us found it easier to execute the more advanced stunts. One important note that was told to us by Ba Gua was that to be able to move on to higher difficulty stunts, we have to have good fundementals of our basics. Lastly, I hope each and every one of us have learnt something new after attending the workshop!
Here are some pictures from yesterday's workshop!

We would like to thank CAS for organising this workshop and SP GUSTO for providing the venue for the workshop! Hope everyone learnt something new from this workshop! :)
