On 20 Sept, we had an exchange with SP GUSTO! The exchange was held at Singapore Polytechnic's Polycentre. We started off with partner stunts, going back to basics; toss extension/block, liberty and cupie as there were freshies that were new with partner stunts.

After practising our basics, Pang pang (SP's coach) offered to teach us front hand spring. Of course, we did a few drills first to ensure that both the base and flyer have a good understanding on the technique. We were thankful that we have this opportunity to learn such an advance stunt and pointers that were given to execute this stunt properly!
Next was gymnastic session. Pang pang guided us with our running passes and there was even a small trampoline for us to practise our standing tumbling! After which, pang pang even taught us how to execute a backtuck full. It was so impressive to see how quick and nimble his hands were when spotting the backtuck full!

Our last segment was pyramids! We were split up into shoulderstand group and pitching group. As there were many new freshies, our coach Winston gave pointers on how to properly execute a pitch toss before we were broken up into groups. Winston also taught the bases how to mount hold a shoulderstand properly.
We ended it off by doing a mass pyramid as a group shot!
And what is an exchange without a mass Cupie shot?
And like every exchange, there is also an exchanging of team t-shirts!

Thank you Gusto for hosting us and thank you Pang pang for teaching us so many new things! we had a really fruitful exchange and hope everyone learnt something and had fun as well! We look forward to more exchanges with Gusto and more years to come as our ally team!
