Last Saturday was the first tryouts for season 17/18. After being put thru the grueling tests, 5 bases emerged as beasts and joined the Wildside. Let's take a moment to introduce these new Wildcards Beasts.
Junhong
Experience: NUS Alpha Verve 2013-2016
Wildcards 2017-Present
No of competition: 4x CASNCC
Our first base to pass tryouts is Junhong. Previously from Alpha Verve, he showed us his experience by performing very well in each segment for his tryouts. According to him, he is always tired but we couldn't tell due to his very energetic cheer and dance moves he did at the end of tryouts. (But he does look like he's tired everytime)
Sampson Choo Meng Yew
Experience: RP Rexaz 2015-2017
Wildcards 2017-Present
No. of competitions: 2015/16 CASNCC
Sampson has never failed to bring joy and happiness on the mats ever since he came to wildcards. This cute, loving and fun base is multi-talented. Besides his amazing stunts, his tumbling skills is out of this world, he even wanted to try out as a mid-tier. We are very happy to welcome him to the Cards family.
Chew Yu Sen
Experience: NTU Hall 2 Awesomes 2016-2017
Wildcards 2017-Present
No. of competitions: IHCC 15/16 and 16/17
Yu Sen is an NTU Hall 2 cheerleader. Being a young cheerleader, he is always chasing bigger stunts and striving to improve himself to be a better cheerleader. He is a very hardworking and charismatic base. Lets not forget that very seductive and sexy dance segment he performed for us after his tryouts.
Khor Yi Sheng
Experience: RP Rexaz 2013 - 2017

No. of competitions: 3 CASNCC
Next we have our very own Armyboy Yi Sheng. He's very quiet on mats but always seen smiling. His smile never fails to brighten up training. Despite his quiet composure, he lets his skills do the talking for him. He performed very well in every tryout segment letting his inner beast takeover. Yi Sheng is our Armyboy and he is ALWAYS READY, READY TO CHEER!
Danial Kamaru Zaman
Experience: ITE cheerleading 2013-2016
PGNS 2016-2017
Wildcards 2017-Present
No. Of competitions: 16/17' ACIC partner stunts coed elite
Last but not least we have Danial, he started his passion for cheerleading in ITE back in 2013. Multi-talented Danial can sing, dance and cheer outstandingly. Besides his passion for cheer he is also very in love with McDonalds. Daniel never fails to give his best for trainings and is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve his goals. Welcome to the Wildside Danial!
