DIY Trainings

As previously mentioned, ALL impromptu sessions must have either me, Vincent or Zhliang present because this is Ulu Pandan CC's policy. We as coaches are the ones who sign your insurance forms when you get injured. We are the ones who will be responsible for your safety.

While I understand the hunger of many of you to excel, do take note that your coaches need to have their own breathing space as well. We cannot be present 24/7 when you ''feel like training''. As I always said, I do not interfer with your personal life outside Wildcards, so long as you stick to the team policy.

Training without a coach can be very dangerous. You may be good at stunting but that does not necessarily mean you are good in spotting mistakes. When you fail to identify a mistake and somebody gets hurt because of that,
it will be your fault.

Please remember that any form of serious injury can render the entire team suspended.

Moving forward, there will most probably be an American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Advisories (AACCA) coaching course in Singapore from June 1-3, 730-10pm. Details will be out on a later date.

All Wildcards are encouraged to take this course.

Once you are a certified coach yourself, I will arrange for you to be a certified PA trainner. Only then will you be allowed to conduct your own DIY trainings.

Believe me, this is the only time for you to relax and train at a ''leisure'' pace. I have my reasons for slowing things down. Try not to die when I increase training intensity.=P

More details during training tomorrow.
