TEAM USA @ ICU Worlds 2009
All the Teams from USA took home the gold. All Girl, Coed, Jazz, Freestyle, Hip Hop, and Partner stunt all won.

When Jomo was in Singapore during the Kentucky workshop, he shared that coaching Team USA for ICU worlds was ''surprisingly easy'' because everybody could do as told. And of course, it is important that everybody was co-operative.

While cheerleading is a team sport, it is important not to neglect individual growth as well. And this is especially important for our team because we often don't have the luxury to train regularly for long periods. We have less than 2 hours of effective training on Tuesdays in fact.

That being said, I thank every single one of you for achieving a 90% attendance for every single training despite your various commitments. We are able to make every training productive with good attendance.

We all know what to do. Now let's walk the talk.

PS: If you study the pyramid at 1.48 individually, you will realise how vital it is to have individual proficiency. The shoulder stand bases had to pop to hands double take to extension, and the top flyers had to do be stable in both libs to execute the high-to-high heel stretches.
