Because the joint (chain) is only as strong as the weakest link!

Hi peeps! I happened to buy an extra bottle of Omega 3 fish oil today and I thought it will be good for some of you to consume to aid your joints.
I have personally taken this fish oil before and it works perfectly fine for me. My joints do not hurt as much as compared to days which I do not take them at all.

I bought this bottle at Watsons for SGD$39.90 and it contains 400 capsules inside. We have 8 flyers in our team. Which works out to be approximately $5 for 50 capsules. More than enough to cover you for this cheerobics at least. Of course, bases will be encouraged to eat it as well (especially those above 25 -.- )

More information of this Omega 3 product can be found ---> here

I will be bringing this to training tml, so those who are keen pls bring your own empty container to store the pills.

Prevention is better than cure. Cheerleading being a high intensity sport will cause a lot of strain on your joints. I strongly recommend that all cheerleaders consume Omega 3. If you are already taking it, good for you. Else, you can consider buying 50 pills to try for yourself (you need to take this consistantly to feel the results).

For those who have already reached the stage of being the weather man (eg: your joints hurt whenever it's about to rain) you should consider taking Glucosamine as well. Huishan and Vincent are both currently consuming the same Glucosamine from Fitnessone.com.sg . I will recommend that you take this supplement too if your joints are already/going to be in bad shape.

If you are looking for a good chinese physician or would like to seek a second opinion on an injury that is not improving, pls refer to my previous post ---> here
