new function added "comment window"

Hi everyone I have made a new link called "comment". It is located at the bottom beside the time of the each entry posted in this blog.

Scroll down to see it! When you click on the comment link, a new window will pop out for you to type comments in. :)

Hope that this function will encourage people to comment on the each individual post itself :D

It's like facebook function that can enable comments :) yay !!!!!!
