If you have been following BRAVES since 2007, you will notice a very distinct trend in their routine. Even their music has the same flow!

Wildcards: Homework before this Saturday's training
1) Count how much time they have in between transitions
2) Count how many + type of basket tosses they do per routine
3) Count how many top flyers they put in a pyramid
4) Count how many pyramids + transitions in a routine. Comment in particular how they execute/transit the pyramids as well.
5) Count how many partner stunts they do in a routine
6) Observe what type of dismounts they use in a routine.
7) Observe when/how many stationary and running gymnastics executed.
8) How fast do they take to do their arm motions.
9) What type of jumps do they do.
My take is very simple. If you want to be a champion, you learn from the champions. And you train like one as well! Jiayou!
