WE ARE NATIONAL CHAMPIONS AND WE INTEND TO STAY THAT WAY!

Hi cards:)

I believe many of you have heard the saying " Tough times dont last, Tough men do" with reference to Winstons blogpost, we have alr entered our final lap in the road towards our 2nd National Championship. What lies ahead of us is just our state of mind which is apparently lacking in some of us.

When stunts fail sometimes we shouldnt be so quick to jump to any conclusion and blame someone. Something I learnt from Gary aka SHREK, when a stunt fail, stop and think if I was personally the problem that cause the stunt to fail and before blaming your flyer/base. I believe sometimes, we know we are "wronged" and this leads to us being a SS. We should analysize it first before saying who is at fault as sometimes I feel it can really bring someone's morale down. At this point of junction, we need all the encouragement we can get, when a stunt fail know the problem and lets do again, no point dwelling in it. Just move on. Also what I personally believe, at least someone bothers to correct our moves, can you imagine if no one scolds you? What the coaches do/scold is ultimately for our own good. Remember, they give us the routine but ultimately we are the ones competing, not them! All they can do is just give their piece of advice.

Some do not dare to believe we can hit the stunts, some do not believe in our own ability but your final run on Sunday showed everything! IT IS POSSIBLE! The energy was high and everyone was highly motivated. I guess we have to let last Sundays final run be the benchmark for you guys for greater heights.

WE ARE NATIONAL CHAMPIONS AND WE NEVER INTEND TO LOSE THAT TITLE! For many of you this season would be your final season, make it count and do it for your peers, for those who are going to cheer for you on that day when we eventually win that competition. It is just that state of mind!

Positivity breds positivity and same for Negativity, start each run on the positive note and things will just be in place. Cheerleading like any sport is all about the team and it is the friendship and all the bonds that make up this very unique team called Wildcards! Even after this championship, I will not cease to remember all the funny times we had!

To end this, I want to say I am really proud of you final 16 people! Do us proud and in the end there will be only one- WILDCARDS!
