Not only does this quote apply to soldiers, but also to any group where one has a leader. It is not possible to expect life to be problem-free, and even less possible to expect one's followers/students/etc to be able to cope with every problem without any help.
Everyone has their own story to tell. As with all stories, there will be sad parts as well as happy parts. When you are told not to be a sad story, it does not mean you should bottle your problems up to the point where it affects your training and in turn, the team.
When faced with a problem, be it with stunts, your team/ team mates, your coaches or even non-cheer related stuff, do bring it up to a coach if there's a need to and we will deal with it as best as we can. We may process it in different ways. Chaang might interrupt with $%$^%$$ and say "it's a scam", Vincent might appear bitchy, and you'll probably have to repeat your problems to me a few times (speaking sloooowly and loudly)before I understand, but we do care, and we will do all that we can to help you solve whatever problems you might be facing.
With the opening of the third chapter in the story of Wildcards, there will be new characters, new scenarios and naturally, new problems. Though we may deal with them in different ways, remember that you're not alone, and that you have your team-mates, your coaches and your team with you.
#Sorry to the people at my table during supper at the last training. I should have talked you guys individually to find out what you guys were facing instead of flaring up. And thanks Joline, Issac and Huishan for coming down to talk to us.
